Dorfman Production Co. is selling operated interest in producing Appalachia assets in a negotiated transaction through The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse.
The assets are located in Mahoning, Columbiana, Portage, Stark and Carroll counties, Ohio. The offer includes development opportunities in the horizontal Clinton Play and the Utica Shale, according to Clearinghouse.
Highlights:
- 339 Clinton producing wells;
- Historical net production of 207 barrels per day (bbl/d) of oil and 1,745 thousand cubic feet per day (Mcf/d);
- Forecasted net production for October is 192 bbl/d of oil and 1,665 Mcf/d;
- 13,640 gross (12,168 net) acres;
- About 93% working interest and about 81.375% net revenue interest;
- $131,450 monthly net revenue forecasted for October;
- Clinton horizontal opportunities consist of an infill pilot program complete (showing virgin pressures) with up to 143 locations available; and
- Utica acreage opportunities include 11,344 gross (10,098 net) HBP acres (most of which is contiguous) with up to 100 locations on trend with Utica wells.
